About shipping fee
The flat rate for shipping within Japan is 500 yen. For international shipping, please confirm the shipping fee in the shopping cart. For both domestic and international shipping, posters will be shipped separately from other items.
Shipping Timeframe
For regular items, delivery is expected to take approximately 5 business days after the order is confirmed. For ordered products, the delivery time will be as indicated in the product information. Please note that the shipping time may change depending on the product release date, inventory status, and delivery area. In such cases, we will notify you of the new shipping date by e-mail or other means.
International Shipping
※We currently ship exclusively within Japan.
We ship via EMS, International e-Packet, and International e-Packet Light. This is an airmail service that can be tracked in many countries. It takes approximately 3-12 days from the date of shipment to arrival. Additional time may be required if the acceptance, transportation, or delivery period includes Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, or if there are flight delays or cancellations. The number of days required for international delivery varies by region. When you place an order, SATOYU Official will send you two confirmation emails: an order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email. Please be sure to check the information in each email to make sure it is correct.
If you notice any mistakes, please email us immediately at satoyuvoice.thanks@gmail.com so that we can attempt to correct them. Mistakes can only be corrected prior to shipment. If the error is not discovered prior to shipment, SATOYU Official reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
