In the case of regular products, we plan to deliver them in about 5 business days after confirming your order.

In the case of made-to-order products, the delivery time will be stated in the product information. The shipping time may change depending on the release date of the product, the stock status, and the delivery area.
In that case, we will inform you of the new shipping time by e-mail.

[About returns, cancellations, and exchanges]
We do not accept any cancellations or returns after an order has been placed, but we do accept product exchanges only in the following cases.
1. If you receive a product or quantity different from your order
2. If there is a defect in the product, such as a defective product or damage. In order to exchange the product, please contact us at the above contact within 7 days after the product arrives, and send it back by "postage cash on delivery".
Please note that if you do not contact us within 7 days after the arrival of the product, we may not be able to accept the exchange.

When returning a product for exchange, please send it back in a form that retains proof of shipping, such as by courier service, and keep a copy of it at hand.
If it is returned without proof of shipment, we will not be responsible for any accidents such as loss or damage during return.
